Alias: Static Brain (nickname used by anyone close/romantically involved to insult Case), The Sliver Bolt, the human railgun, The Railgun Alchemist.

Important Appearance Characteristics: more canine like teeth and auto-mail limbs for both his arms.
Personality: Case is intelligent and perceptive enough to make some sense of facial expressions of people who usually show none being able to notice the finer details this is usually because of his tenancy to remain quiet (apart from giving unneeded/unwanted off had sarcastic comments) when in large crowds or in a group conversation and takes in as much info from his surrounds. When people comment on this one person saying he acts more like an owl then a wolf, he replied saying "Look, owls and wolves are hunters and more or often stalk the prey before killing it, in other getting information on it." this is also because of the fact that he has trust issues with people due to the fact that he lost his family at a very young age and was alone for most of his years causing him to come across to people as rather stoic most of the. Being “raised” in the wild by his foster father “uncle” and at an orphanage home to “street rats” when he was young he is fiercely loyal to those that gain his trust and those who he trust would see him as a completely different person then those he doesn't. Those he trusts he considers family and is very overprotective of them to the point where he will do just about anything to protect them. To the people he doesn't trust he comes across as rather cold hearted, cynical, sarcastic a-hole who looks on the negatives of life and can be very dense with things such as bromance. To the people he trusts he is a warm, kind hearted, caring person and a fiercely loyal friend, chilled / laid back person who gets angered and embarrassed easily. When Case is angry he becomes hot headed, rash and often growls at the person / people who pissed him off while showing his teeth similar to how a wolf threatens other creatures. When he is embarrassed he will blush intensely, if he go embarrassed by making a mistake he will then to scratch his nose, cheek or the back of his head and try to laugh it off, when he gets embarrassed from the person he is romantically interested in he will still blush while also stuttering and avoiding eye contact while acting a bit of a tsundere. But no matter if he trusts you or not he can still be seen as a socially awkward sarcastic person.
Case is very care free and relaxed when fighting and fights as if he is just going with the flow of the battle constantly making sarcastic and smart comments making fun of those he is fighting without realizing it. Also he is able to keep his head cool in almost every situation making him a person who can work under very high amounts of pressure in dire situations which is one of the plus points about him, but he does tend to get angry easily and when he does he goes berserk not caring if he inflicts injuries on himself. Growing up with a street rat (thieves) pack for a short part of his life of the years he spent in Xing, because of his short time with them he can take charge of a team and work with one flawlessly even if they didn't train together and he will never leave a comrade behind no matter what they might be. Also from his time in the "Street Rat Pack" he has gained an ability adapt to almost any given situation and environment, along with his unusual fighting style that resemble a mixture of multiple martial arts and street fighting styles.

Though during formal or black tie events, he does not wear his usual attire with the expection of his father's pocket watch and his scarf, he would be see wearing a suit consisting of black blazer with matching trousers (though he tends to leave the blazer on his shoulders not putting his arms through the sleeves) a white linen dress shirt, a dark chocolate brown twine waistcoat and a silk pale blue eyes that match and brings out his eyes.

- Likes:
• Spicy food: Though he isn't a glutton this is one thing he can almost be persuaded to do anything for a good meal, but his love for spicy food also have lead to a love for making it and has become a quite decent chief well versed in many different dishes from around the world with his travels...though his spicy dishes far exceed his other meals.
• Legends/Alchemy: Case has always been infatuated with legends from different cultures such as the from the likes of the "magical" items such as the Philosopher's Stone, Excalibur, Zulfiqar, Mjölnir, Andvaranaut, Seal of Solomon, The Holy Grail, Ring of Gyges, Gungnir, The Book of Thoth and etc. along with the legends of their users. One of the main goals behind the motivation is to find and acquire just one of theses items.
• Drawing and the Arts: This has been two of the three natural talents (the third being alchemy) that Case has built upon over the years of his travels as he constantly has been drawing locations and people of the places he has been along with any native styles of that country. He also practiced imitating the local people to the point he became quite a skilled actor which he found he really enjoyed doing.
- Dislikes:
- •Losing/leaving someone he trusts/loves: he has feels the need to protect anyone he holds dear and if he loses someone he trusts or holds dear he will get very emotional, depressed and sometimes violent,
•Being alone or isolated: after being abandoned by his father at an orphanage in Xing at the age of 6 he has come to the point of where he hates being alone to the point he says he has a slight fear of being alone, but unlike his other fears he has embraced it so it slowly over the years that it became a dislike more than a fear.
•Violence: tries to avoid unnecessary conflict due to his moral code of not wanting to kill or harm anyone and will often break up fights though his methods maybe hypocritical in achieving this as he usually breaks up fights by knocking out all of the contenders within the fight.
•Mushrooms, fungi, beet root: these are the only foods he knows of that he does not like along with hating evey type of fungi

- •Losing/leaving someone he trusts/loves: Because of how he feels the need to protect anyone he holds dear and if he loses someone he trusts or holds dear, he constantly fears for the safety of those people and fears himself because he doesn't know what would he would do if he was to loose a friend through death or any other means.
•Getting to close: Because of his fear of loosing people close to him he fears getting close to people to begin with as he doesn't want to get hurt from getting close to someone in the first place.
•The wrong hands: Case constantly fears what could happen if his father's research that created electric alchemy if it was to fall into the wrong hence the reason he memorized the notes on it in his fathers journal before burning the pages and replaced them with fake pages that lead to several dead ends as a mean to protect the research but is still worried that some how its information has been leaked.

History

- Case was born on the 3rd of May being the only child of two state alchemists though due to being born prematurely his mother died during child birth and had rickets in his arms since he was born, because of this his father became very overprotective of him and became near obsessed with human transmutation as a means to fix his son's arms and to bring back his dead wife. As his father obsessed with his research as soon as young enough to begin reading, talking and talking his father schooled him from their home teaching him the alphabet with the periodic table, alchemy and chemistry books until they had to use the proper alphabet. When he was six he had became self efficient as much as he could due to his condition and current height all the while becoming an adept in the basics of alchemy being able to make toys from the wood of the floors or tin from used cans. Though that year his father asked him for his help in a large transmutation which unannounced to him was his father's attempt at human transmutation, with breaking the taboo both him and his father seen the Truth upon meeting "God" though for the price of seeing the Truth he lost both of his arms and his father lost the ability to feel any emotions along with his liver and other small parts of other internal organs.
Now being a creature driven by pure logic and instinct, his father released that he need to put his soon in better hands thanks to his parental instinct telling him to do so wanting to keep his son who would carry out their next generation and due to logic with seeing how he would be a hindrance and no help to him in his research having no arms. As soon as Case's wounds had healed over his father smuggled him out of Amestris brought him to an orphanage in Xing travelling across the dessert after hitched a ride with a merchant, upon reaching the capital his father left him with his journal containing his life's research and his father’s state alchemist pocket watch which contained a picture of his mother. Two years after the incident his father was found dead in the Xing dessert though Case was never told Case assumed his father was dying ever since he was left at the orphanage. During his time there he formed a street rat band of thieves called "Monkeys" of thieves with two runaways from Drachma who were half siblings looking for their father and lived at the orphanage by the name Iris Grace who self taught herself and studied Automail Design and Mechanics along with her brother Hanuman Aladdin Son (Nicknamed Hanal for short) who was the leader of the "Monkeys" and was very skilled at slight of hand tricks mainly used for thievery and many forms of martial arts being the eldest of the tree of them and being on the streets the longest. In the years to come they became close friends and taught each other what they knew. When Iris and himself 13 (Hanu being 15) Iris had made Case his first set of automail mail arms similar to the models they used in Darchma, though during the surgery the auto mail wasn't perfect and messed up his nerves in the stubs of Case's arms causing him to constantly take pain killer in the form of medical herbs that are wrapped up like cigarettes, being a special remedy from Xing though using common ingredients. It was after his rehabilitation he decided to travel the world and study alchemy like his father to continue his studies and applications of the new alchemy his father had invented prior to his birth, Iris and Hanal decided they would join him as far as Central Station, so they left the orphanage and traveled back to Amestris taking the long way around instead of going across the dessert.
